Taman Sutera (SONG CITY - FAMILY KTV)
On Christmas Eve (24 Dec 2012) ,having paid for RM171 for karaoke session lasting for 3 hours, the package paid did not included any drinks at all. receptionist was dispatched to double confirm the amount paid whether did included drinks or not, but ended up with nothing. RM171 paid for 3-hour sing k session without any drinks is considered ridiculous and it was the first time i experienced this. Receptionist at the counter shall highlight to customers that the package paid did not included any drinks and customer will bear with the drinks. I sort of like being conned because of course i paid another RM11.50 (service tax included) for 1 jar of drinks.
